Precision Machinery

CNC, VMC & Multi Axis

Our facility is equipped with latest CNC, VMC and Multi Axis machining centres and automated process production line to support our widespread range of product. These advanced machines divided in two manufacturing units, ensure unparallel precision and consistency in every component we produce with increased production along with efficiency.

With automation, we can achieve tolerance as low as 0.004mm and make high precision components. Due to low human interference, high accuracy of production with large volume can be achieved, reduces the lead time.

Forging And Metal Gathering

25 Kva To 315 Kva

With our multi upsetting – metal gathering machines, we can forge valves and valve train components of various size, shape and length to meet our customer’s demand quickly. Most of our machines are European make to achieve highest quality of our products. The biggest metal gathering and forging press is of 1600MT and is made in Germany.

We can upset and forge components from different material including high nickel-chrome alloys and titanium, for high-speed industrial requirement. We deliver product range starting from 30 grams to 3.00 kilograms for valves, seat rings and other precision components to diverse sets of quality conscious industries.

PTA Welding

Cobalt Base Welding

PTA welding is very specialised process for hard-facing application and must have specialized team of engineers & skilled worked force to carry out the task. Availability of PTA welding in same premises, help us to control the process of metallurgical bonding with base metal. As the hard-facing material is cobalt base, it gives protection against wear & corrosion resistance for durability of valves and seat rings.

Our facility is equipped to weld #1, #6, #12 and Tribaloy grades.

Heat Treatment

Annealing, Case Hardening, Tempering, Carburizing, Normalizing & Quenching

Availability of heat treatment plant internal at SSV, makes our job efficient in every aspect like quality control, enhance productivity, cost saving, flexibility and adaptability. Heat treatment is very important process to achieve desired mechanical properties that included hardness, tensile strength, proper grain structure and machineability with reduced brittleness on final components’ quality and performance. Knowledge of different heat treatment cycle for different material is must for longevity based on application.

We can quickly fine-tune the heat treatment process to achieve desired result with consistent outcome. Our team of specialized engineers ensure, finest result is achieved on very first go reduce the risk of delay and ensure smooth production cycle.

Chrome & Nitriding

Hard Chrome & Blackening and Nitriding

Surface treatment coating plays a pivotal role for protection of components for durability and performance. Our inhouse hard chrome, blackening, nitriding and physical vapor deposit (PVD) surface treatment plant makes as completely self-reliant for our client’s requirement, surpassing their needs.

The demand of time is quality and without proper coating on valves, it will not sustain high temperature and stress during function. Based on usage and application we coat valves in range of 5 to 10 micron on stem, where PVD is a special process with very thin layer of nitride-chrome with application in premium application like super high-speed engines.

1000 To 100,000 Pcs

We produce numerous varieties of a valves for various application and to support our customers requirement we offer valves in batched of 1000 to hundreds of thousands in single shipment /production batch. We maintain optimum stock of raw material including premium grades like Inconel, Nimonic and Titanium for urgent requirements. With available spare capacity, we can meet the rising demands of current and new customers.
